In some rare cases, the preset upper and lower limits of the artwork can need to be adjusted in the memory within the motor. This can easily be accomplished from the remote by putting the motor into programming mode.
Removing the Artwork Gearbox
In some extremely rare cases if the artwork is somehow hung up by an obstruction and cannot descend it could result in the artwork coming unfurled up inside the gearbox.
