Lowering the Art After Extended Time

If the art is left in the raised position for a long period of time, there's a little trick to be aware of to prevent damage.

We advise keeping the art in the down position when you are not watching TV or are away for an extended period of time to prevent the art from becoming stuck in the up position and resulting in potentially irreparable damage to the canvas. 

 

If the Art does not immediately start rolling down as you apply downward pressure as shown in the video, then immediately press the middle button on the remote to stop the art from unrolling up inside the gearbox, then call us.  

 

The chances of this are very slim, but are possible.
