How is the Art Controlled?

We offer a variety of simple and more advanced methods for controlling the art in one of our motorized TV Art Covers.

Pre-Programmed RF Remote Control

Radio Frequency Somfy RemoteThe default and most commonly used method for raising and lowering the artwork is a simple radio frequency (RF) remote, which has an UP, DOWN, and STOP button. This remote comes pre-programmed and paired with the standard ultra-quiet RTS motor at the top of the frame.

COST: Included in the price of the TV Art Cover. Additional remotes can be ordered here.

This switch operates on battery power only, and the above RF remote will still be included with the art. The control comes pre-programmed and paired with the standard ultra-quiet RTS motor at the top of the frame.

COST: $196 Additional remotes can be ordered here.

This optional upgrade gives you the added ability to easily pair any infrared (IR) universal remote to raise and lower the artwork, so you don't need the separate remote to control the art. With this device, the art can also be controlled via a 12V trigger or an external IR distribution box for more advanced applications.

NOTE: There is NOT an RF receiver in this motor. When a TV Art Cover is ordered with this motor type, the above white RF remote will not be included.
